Shipping Policies
NOTE: With every order you place, you will automatically receive an email with Tracking and Return Instructions.
Where “Free Shipping” and or “Flat Rate Shipping” are not applicable, your shipping charges are automatically calculated by your zip code.
Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5-8 business days ~ Canada: 6-12 business days
Your order normally is processed, printed, and shipped on average within 3 days of ordering.
Products we outsource for fulfillment may have longer shipping times. Please use our “Oder Tracking” to keep abreast of estimated order arrival.
We Do Not Ship Internationally.
Order never arrived:
If your order doesn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! Support Form
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us by using our Support Form, making sure you include your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Returns Policies

Our refund and returns policy extend 14 days from delivery of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch by using our Support Form and describe the damage within a week’s time. We will let you know what your next steps are to receive a RA. (Return Authorization)
Wrong size:
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart and on your order. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get it sorted out.
If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us by using our Support Form and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
Do not return any merchandise without a Return Authorization! Your package will not be accepted!
Use our Support Form to request a RA “Return Authorization”. Please describe the reason for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (We do not extend a refund for any previously worn or used items.)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
